So Long Baltimore
Our stay in the Baltimore area was short, but sweet. We made a number of good friends and I think we made a difference in a few areas, but God's plans for us there were not long term ones. The company I worked for decided to lay off 1/3 of its work force, but before doing that, they asked for people to lay themselves off. The severance package was pretty good, but I was not looking. Two days before the window opened to accept the package, I received an unsolicited note via LinkedIn, asking me if I would be interested in a position in Austin Texas, where they were opening a new office. I responded that their timing was "interesting". To make a long story a little shorter, we accepted the offer, and packed up again (well there were a number of boxes that never got unpacked), and hit the road again!
Sorry for the quality of this shot, but there is only so much you can do with a Blackberry. We were reunited with our little G6, and the Suburban (different transport) a few days later, and promptly got to put the top down. Winters in Austin are pretty nice all things considered :)
We have settled in Round Rock TX, which is just north of Austin, and west of Pflugerville (sic). Both of those have daily photo sites, but Round Rock is open......Do I have another daily photo site in me.......let me think about that as I unpack boxes....hey there's my camera....... Please direct your browser to http://www.roundrockdailyphoto.com/ for more information!

Making Her Own Way
Something tells me this girl makes her own decisions, but is willing to hear you out. Not a bad combination.
