The smell that comes from behind the Domino Sugar building is rather interesting. Kind of like burn't sugar. Not unpleasant, just different.

Very unique photo taken from behind the sign; I like it.
I could get tired of that odor. Its like the chocolate factory that used to be in the area we used to live in. After a while it smelled like burned chocolate and that wasn't good for long periods of time.
